Hello,

We are thinking about selling backgrounds, 
But
before I do I would like some input whether
people are interested in purchasing them
or not . We must have close to 2000
backgrounds in storage where around 80
percent of the backgrounds are 'BG only'
in other words there was never a cel for
that background. The other 20 percent is 
made
up of orphans or pan backgrounds, The 
longest
pan background we have is 3 meters long !! 
Sadly to say studios *roll* there pan cels up
so they can fit into a small box. If we decide to
sell backgrounds the pan backgrounds are 
going to
be trimmed to W32cm and H26cm, Some 
pans
are so badly damaged the background and 
cel
is thrown straight into the trash can.
If you were wondering why studios do
this,  I don't know,  But do not store your cels
the way studios store them.

Please let me know if you a interested in
backgrounds, trimmed backgrounds will be 
priced
between 500 - 1000y and the other 
backgrounds
will be priced between 1000-3000y.

We are also considering *stamping* the 
reverse
side stating this was purchased as a 
background.
Remember enhance the beauty of your cel 
and not
its resale value.

I still cannot say whether Animetaro is going
to sell backgrounds or not, But would really
love your input on this.
