Yep, that's Eagle Vision, all right.  :)  I think 
they really only use his full name a couple of 
times in the show, when he's being introduced.  
Aside from that, they just call him Eagle.

For those not familiar with Magic Knights Rayearth 
naming conventions, everyone but the three girls 
is named after some kind of car.  So if "Eagle 
Vision" sounds suspiciously like something you 
might find in your driveway, consider that his 
second in command is named "Geo Metro".  *grin*
