What are you going to do with the cel now?

As for "how am I ever gonna get this dream 
cel?", if it's not an A1-END or an eyecatch, and 
the show/movie isn't terribly rare, it's likely 
that there are other cels in the sequence which 
could turn up.  Even if the show is rare, if it's 
not terribly old and the studio has a track 
record of releasing cels, cels may show up in the 
future.
