Hey~

I had this great brain fart to keep us all 
entertained for a bit^_^!  So, here it is:

This is the Best of the Best Cel Challenge.  

Do you think your cel of a particular character is 
the best out of anyone's know collection on the 
net?  Well, here's your chance to prove it!  Post 
what you think to be the best cel of a particular 
character from your own collection that out-does 
everyone elses' cel of that particular 
character^_^!  At the end of the week, Sunday 
night(12am, central standard time) the postings 
will end.  I will keep track of everyone's 
post(s), & compile a database of all the entries. 
 I will then assemble them into categories, & we 
will all vote on which we think is the best of the 
lot^_^!  I will personally make an award for the 
winner of each character to be put up on their 
webpage^_^!

So that's basically what I have planned out^_^!  
I'm thinking about putting the pics you post on a 
section on my webpage(with everyone who entered 
permission ^^)where we can then vote on them.  I 
will keep everybody up to speed on how the contest 
is going^_^!  So, here's just a few specific 
rules:

~You can post as many cels as you want, but 
there's one catch:  You CAN NOT post multiple cels 
of the same character!  That's just not fair =(.

***When this thread begins:  When someone posts 
what they think to be the best cel of a particular 
character, & you want to post what you think to be 
a better cel than the one posted...Keep it under 
that same message please. It will make my life a 
lot easier if all the characters weren't jumbled 
around^^!***

Example:

The Best of the Best Cel Challenge~Ms. Poe
   ~Ifurita^_^-anon
     ~A better Ifurita cel ;P-anon2
   ~Miaka-anon3
     A Better Miaka Cel ;P-anon4
etc.......

~By the end of the posting period...If there is a 
cel of a character with no opponents, that cel 
will be entered into a misc. section to be voted 
on.  I know it doesn't sound fair, but what if 
you're the only person with a said cel & you 
posted a ton more cels that no body else has a 
character of? O_o...It's only a game...I think 
you'll live ^_^;!

Well, that's it.  I myself will be posting my cels 
in the contest.  But I won't put mine up to win an 
award.  I will put mine in to be voted on...but I 
won't be able to win...Even if by a slim chance 
one of my cels gets the most votes....the winner 
will be the one with the most votes after me^^;

So, now that all is said & done...I hope we can 
all have fun with this!  Feel free to e-mail me
