hmm i think Keigo has really great service and is 
best at cel bidding since he specialize in it. 
but there is always cel-u-ga you can go to and 
thats run by Sato. He charges a 20% comission 
which in the end i think calculate out to about 
the same amount as celga. Hmm another option 
would be asking the sellers yourself if they 
would ship internationally. I have asked a few 
that have posted they won't but they have emailed 
me back saying that it was ok for me to bid. 
However, i think they want to look at your Yahoo 
Japan feedback to make sure you have been a good 
customer so you must have an account to use that 
option, and you will need to verify your account 
with a credit card to post questions too. hmm...
