Okay I can try to help. to find some affordable 
CCS Cel's try AnimeChaos.com (Nick has lot's of 
Cel's) There are even some SM cel's but to be 
truthful the really good ones are always snatched 
up as soon as there's an update.  

Try looking at www.cels.org and looking through 
the Sellers and the Gallery pages. Usually you 
can find some Cel's for sale on some of these 
Gallery webpages. My suggestion is look through 
most of them even if the don't have Sailor Moon 
in the description because alot of collectors 
have stuff in there MISC. section. Please be 
aware you can make OFFERS the worst a collector 
can do is turn you down. 

Then there is always ebay.
