I bought a cel for my brother's birthday off 
Yahoo! Japan, and to get it in time, I bid for it 
myself (something I've never done before).  They 
do ship internationally, and I have gotten and 
translated the confirmation letter. 

My only question has to do with the payment.  I 
would like to send an IMPO...but I'm not sure if 
this seller accepts it.  Here are the payment 
methods listed:

EBank transfer EMail transfer Sending out 
method 

Can anyone describe these two methods to me, 
either on the forum, or through e-mail?  I would 
really appreciate it!
