His eyes are very blue in the OAV, but purple
in tv (like they are in this cel)... I'm pretty
positive this is from Rayearth tv.  (Second
season).

As for a buy-it-now price... nice cels of Lantis
from tv are a bit harder to find.  The OAV cel
would probably sell $20-$40, the tv cel could
probably sell $40-$80 (sorry I can't give a
closer price :(...)
