i'm not sure if thats normal or not, but when i 
tried to place an order about 2-3 months back, 
they wanted to charge me 145.00 including 
shipping for a cel marked 9000 yen on their site. 
when i asked about the big difference in yen to 
dollar conversion, they wouldn't answer me. :p  
needless to say, i didn't buy the cel and haven't 
attempted to order from them since.
