( I had just started collecting)..I wrote to the
friendly folks at anime-cel and asked why..
Bill tells me because shots like this are moving
shots..meaning they slide the cel in some
direction over the background..Its usually done
for things like flying shots..or action shots..I
think he said airplane shots are mostly done this
way...It seemed to make sense to me since the
tasuki I have with the reg holes on the bottom is
not a simple static shot..you can see the
movement in his hair and jewelry..
