I'm new to cel collecting and I have a question 
regarding cel collecting that I'm quite puzzled 
about.

1) How can you know whether a cel is machine 
printed or hand-painted? I read in a few websites 
that now, cels are machine painted. Isn't machine 
painted cel not that valuable than hand-painted 
cels?

P.s. Anyone knows where to get a Azalyn Cel from 
Irresponsible Captain Tyler, the not OVA Series?
I searched all the online shops listed in 
www.cels.org already. :(
