I have seen a cel exactly like the one you are
describing...but it was kiki holding two kittens. 
Is that the one you are talking about?  I saw the
price on that one...I can't remember the price
exactly...but it was really cheap for a kiki cel
(it was definitely sold at less than 10,000
yen)...but I couldn't buy it since it was part of
a club and was during the "member only" selling
period :(

  Anyway, offer something now that you know this
little tidbit.  Really, kiki cels weren't
expensive until this recent blowup with disney and
sudden craze...since "foreigners" seemed to expect
to pay hundreds for cels (think about how much
disney cels...even sericels cost!).
