I was just curious, where exactly *do* you buy 
art materials to make fan reproduction cels?? I 
dunno if anyone knows what it is, but I get the 
huge SAX Arts and Crafts supply catalog (their 
motto is: "For Everything your Art Desires"), 
almost 600 pages, and they don't even have cel 
stuff?! Where should I be looking?? 

Also, what kind of paint do you use? Gomen, I'm 
not much of an artist and can't tell the 
difference between acrylics and oils and whatnot. 
I prefer watercolor, so maybe I should stick to 
washing backgrounds. *shrugs*
