It would not violate any policy of their host 
since they are not storing any images 
themselves.  It's just a search engine; all 
search engines do is link to other sites.

There are many specialized search engines out 
there, and this one just has an emphasis on 
multimedia files.  At least this one also tells 
which site the image came from.

Again, this is just a gross over-reaction in my
