You mean the Final Fantasy OVA anime that came 
out some years ago? Yeah I've seen a few cels 
from it. Not very many though. They must be 
pretty hard to find by now. Most OVA more than 3 
years old is hard to find decent cels from. It 
wasn't that popular either which makes it less 
likely that someone is going to dig one up from 
somewhere.
