If you're the only game in town, you can cop 
whatever kind of attitude you want.  It's a shame 
there isn't any competition to motivate them to 
improve---the mere thought of it seems to scare 
them to death!

And don't anybody tell me about all the 
"alternatives" for bidding overseas.  For John Q 
Public there are none.  Secret buddies and special 
arrangements you can't tell anyone else about do 
little to help the general cel collector.....
