I am sorry if the question's wording sound a 
little rude. I tried to gist my basic criteria for 
what I require when I do an e-commerse transaction 
with someone who I have never done a transaction 
with. There are probably more polite ways to 
phrase this, but I am too tired to think of a 
better way and the meaning, while lacking in 
politeness, is clear.
