I've been buying and selling on e-bay for about 3 
years now, and just recently got into cels (so 
yes, i am a newbie ^_^)

I actually had to sell my first couple cels ;_; 
to pay for a more expensive one. I was angry when 
on 2 out of 5 auction (and this is all I have 
ever put up for cels), I had bidders retract 
their bid.

Is that normal for selling cels on e-bay? Does 
anyone here forbid people who have retracted from 
bidding again?

I just ask b/c it seemed strange that someone 
would bid early, and then a couple hours before 
the cels end, retract their bid. never did they 
send me questions etc.

This is the first time in 3 years I've ever had a 
bid retracted, and both were on cels, so I am 
just not sure what to think. 

How do others out there handle this?
