Well, there are several ways to tell the 
difference -- gengas can be drawn on different 
colored paper and look generally rougher in line. 
That's not always the case. The best rule of 
thumb is to look for the sequence number -- if 
you see the number in the upper right hand 
corner, then you probably have a douga. If the 
number is somewhere else -- including in the 
picture itself (like my DBZ genga above) -- then 
it's a genga. Genga look very different from each 
other throughout the production process and from 
studio to studio.
