Hi folks,

  Ok..this may not be cel related as I can't
really figure out what this is.  My mistake if it
isn't one bit cel related...just that this *looks*
kinda like a cel.  

  If it is a cel...what would this have been used
for?  The only thing I can think of is maybe an
artbook? magazine?  

Let me know if picture doesn't show up...been
having that problem ^^
