She LOVES to tease Ryoko! Just look at the way she 
behaved at the end of the Hello Baby episode! Or 
the end of the Zero Ryoko episode! 
Ryoko always acts so tough, but inside she really 
cares about Tenchi very much. She just puts up 
this aggressive front to protect her tender 
feelings. 
Washuu has made it her personal goal to make Ryoko 
confront those tender feelings. 
Interviews with Kajishima san(sp?)have revealed 
that Washuu has no romantic interest in Tenchi at 
all. She just loves to tease Ryoko!
