Since I live in Japan. And have for such a long 
time now, although I just started collecting 
cels, I can tell you this for what it's worth.
Look on cel.org site for "off-line dealers" here 
in Japan. Learn some Japanese or have a friend 
that does or knows the language. Save some of 
your cel spending money and instead invest in a 
plane ticket. Do some "live" research. Don't take 
the easy answer route. Come here and take a look 
at the shops here, not on the net. Meet real 
people and be a real person yourself, be humble 
and ask questions, you might get lucky. And find 
a nice place in your search for the "truth".
