Vegeta from Namek saga or early androids saga. In 
excellent conditions, the cel itself is more 
beautiful and vegeta's back side is painted with 
black paint to stand out cel's colours. stuck to 
rice paper but it can be removed easily. I'm 
especting at least $120 for it.
