I recently received a whole bunch of cels I 
purchased the other day.  While looking at them 
and putting them in their bags and in their 
books, I noticed one of the cels had been painted 
on the FRONT of the cel as well as the back.  The 
entire character had been painted from the 
backside, as per normal for an animation cel, but 
also, quite a bit of it was painted on the FRONT 
of the cel, too, for example, the "cheek shines" 
and the inside color of the character's ears.  

Does anyone else have cels like this?  Does 
anyone know why these cels have been painted on 
the front as well?  This cel has had at least 2 
other owners before me and I am sure they didn't 
put the paint on the front.
