This isn't Tripod's "problem."

Many free hosts do not allow bandwidth stealing of
images of their servers for good reason. 
("stealing" and "leeching" imply unethical or 
illegal use, after all.) I suggest reading the 
Tripod Terms and Services (in this case called 
"remote loading").
