Okay, here is a better scan of the whole thing.  
I always crop them down so the artwork shows up 
better since on ebay I'm used to using small pix 
since they have size limits for the listing 
method I use.  I do list all the pertinent info 
on ebay but did not put it in here since I was 
going to tell anyone who contacted me the info 
about the cel. If you check out my auctions, you 
will see I do give all the precise info that I 
can possibly give.

This cel is one layer and numbered A5.  It does 
not come with douga.  Studio initials of AIC are 
imprinted/stamped on the cel itself.  The cel is 
standard size of 9 by 10 1/2 inches in size.  The 
actual artwork of Ryoko is 2 1/4 by 4 1/2 inches 
in size.  Cel is in excellent shape!  The bars 
across Ryoko are on the cel bag, not on the cel 
itself.

I need to sell this cel here since ebay kicked it 
off.  They did not kick off the nude of Tenchi 
but did of Ryoko.  The last bid was $50 and it 
still had over 5 days to go.  I will sell this 
bid to the first person to offer me $100 plus 
$5.50 for priority mail and insurance.  I will 
take offers on it for $50 or more and in 3 days 
will sell it to the highest bidder.  I really 
need to sell it to generate some funds to pay off 
some cels I bought and are still in Japan.
