You know...  I asked Celga to bid on a Team 
Rocket cel awhile back and was told that they 
were already bidding on it for someone else.  I 
accepted this as my bad luck and that 
someone wanted it more...

NOW.. that same cel is up in their silent 
auction.  What the HECK?!  

I suppose I could always bid on it, but I'm sure 
someone will outbid me.

Could someone explain me what the deal with 
this is?  If whomever won it didn't pay up, why 
didn't they contact the next hightest bidder?  
*sighs*

Maybe I'm just being a sore loser.
