He's holding the head, yes, only the head, of a 
dead man. His best friend. We could go into all 
of the shounen ai references of the movie, but at 
that point he's simply broken that he just had to 
decapitate his best friend, the one he grew up 
with, and with the fact that he's lost 
everything. Think aobut it. What DOES Kamui have 
at that point? I think I'd be a few cards short 
of a deck at that point as well...

And yes, I did find myself laughing too hard at 
that scene XD Of course, my friend's disgustingly 
enourmous burp accompanying it might have helped 
(I swear, the foundations of my house shook with 
this belch...)
