Seriously though, he probably doesn't even really 
know what a cel is - he may never have even seen 
a real one.  It does bother me that he has his 
own domain; if it were a geocities page or 
something I would just write it off as another 
stupid kid.  Maybe he's got money, or maybe his 
parents bought it for him.  Whatever.  :-P
