I've lived in Vegas for eight years now, and I 
have not seen one cel shop yet. The only place 
that even slightly qualifies is the Warner 
Brothers store in Ceasers which occasionally has 
Batman TAS cels. Vegas just isn't a cel town 
right now. If you ever have a free weekend, just 
do what I do. Take a drive to Cali and go to 
Mandarake LA.
