Sometimes, the EBay server is down, so it doesn't 
work during the down time.  And sometimes, your 
browser may not work properly, you may have to 
restart your browser and do it again.  I found 
Internet Explorer sometimes give me such problem. 
Netscape seems to be a bit stable for me when 
using EBay.
