Sorry to hear about your misfortune; I am sure that 
everyone here is glad that it was only your 
computer that went down the stairs and not you.  
My suggestion for you for the future is that you 
print out every order with mailing and email 
address that you have and keep them in a folder in 
your desk, just in case something like this 
happens.  This way, in case you don't have access 
to a computer in your home, you can always go to a 
library or friend's and use theirs.
