Just to stop a whole bunch of questions :

1) Yes, Yahoo auction will now need users to
   have an account with their bank or submit
   a credit card.

   They just sent an email saying it will be
   finaly implemented as mentioned previously

2) No, they don't accept international credit
   cards. In fact, they don't seems to take into
   account that you may live outside of Japan
   in their registration form.
