I concur with everyone else's answers. In the 
past year and a half, I've seen two Vicious cels. 
I believe Anime Island had a really nice one--a 
full face shot w/background. The price listed 
was "Ask". I think that says it all right there. 
In comparison, Julia seems plentiful compared to 
Vicious-san. She seems to average about $600.
