While looking for Gif files for my website I came 
across a site that lables Cels as Images. Now as 
far as I know this Jessica person claims them as 
images only and not cels that she actually owns. 
The one cel I recognized was the one that Christy 
had for sale on her site of Usagi and Momoru in 
the SM movie Black dream hole (the one of them 
sitting on the couch). I know that cel was sold 
but I have no idea who it went to. 

This website also has more cels that are not 
watermarked and are just posted as images (Minako 
section) I didn't check all sections. This is 
just a warning I have no idea is these are her 
cels or not. But if they are why wouldn't she 
lable them as cels.
