basically just stay away from him. If it turns 
out that he did scam you make a huge post about 
it on here and then after tons of people respond 
to it e-ail him the link. 
He uses all types of way stupid excuses like a 15 
year old would but he says he is like 30-
something with a kid. 
short summry he has tried to sell fake cels on 
ebay not once but a few times, takes peoples 
money every now and then, and isn't good to trade 
with.
he will scam, a few, then go back to being legit, 
then scam another.
