And they said to open it because the insurance 
claim had to be filed by the person who mailed it 
because they didn't know where it was damaged.  
They said it was fine as long as the person had 
the original packaging.  So since the post office 
said open it, I did, and sure enough, it's 
damaged. This REALLY ruins my week ;_;  Anyway, 
already e-mailed the seller about senting it back 
to her.
