I just got a Generator Gawl cel (one which I am 
*SO* happy to have - gosh I just love the eyes!)

Anyway, I am pretty sure this is a special 
effects cel because I think they had to use 
strange lighting to get the effect they wanted.

However, I always thought that special effects 
cel were covered in the back with black paint.

The one below actually has a super thick layer of 
PEACH paint. I am pretty sure it is a real 
production cel (the right holes, numbering, came 
from a reputable dealer . . .) but I was just 
wondering if peach might be an alternate choice 
because of how light his clothes and face are.
