Polypropylene protectors are just fine for cel 
care. Just make sure you see the words "Archival 
Safe" on the bag. If you want good tips on cel 
care, I would go to Nichibei Anime. They have 
been doing this for a while and have some great 
tips on keeping your cels safe for the long haul.
