I have a question concerning the Itoya art 
portfolio/cel books which I'm sure many of you 
use. Inside each plastic sleeve is a black piece 
of paper. Is it okay to put the cel against this 
black paper? Or should I put the cel in a cel bag 
first, and then put it in the book? Thanks!
