Yep, it's from the second serie of OAVs. The
cel is much less detailed.

Here the hairs color isn't of much help : The
whole cel is not using normal colors. It's a
night scene or something.

PS: When I say that 1st OAVs cels are more
detailed, I speak of close-up taking a large
part of the cel. Obviously there can't be
that many details on non close-up taking only
a part of the cel...
