I started as a super robot fan (Grandizer, Great 
Mazinger, Daimos, Dangard Ace, Reideen, etc), and 
although I never really watched Tetsuijin 28 
(Gigantor), my brief exposure to it makes me think 
that this cel looks like Ayeka is piloting her own 
T28 Giant Robo by remote control.  ^_^

I was wondering if anybody familiar with this 
scene had some background info?  I assume it's 
from Pretty Sammy (since I've never seen that 
series) or perhaps a movie.

The cel itself is a HUGE vertical pan cel, much 
larger than the scanned image!
