Hi

Sorry don't know how many times someone asked 
this but here goes..

I bought a cel of Tiara from the OP of Shamanic 
Princess, but it's stuck to a sketch. I just 
can't stand having the sketch stuck to it, I want 
to remove it but I don't know what's the safest 
way. Does water in contact with the paint damage 
it? The back seems to have black on it, so I 
guess it was for some back lit? I don't know 
what's it for, I forgot. But does it effect the 
difficulty of removing the sketch? The center is 
where it is most stuck, and I mean stuck, it's 
very difficult to remove. Does anyone have any 
suggestions? I really don't want to damage the 
cel since it cost me so much, & even after all 
the pain of getting it from the stupid post 
office who don't know how to deliver packages. O 
well. Thanks and any help is appreciated.. 

If anything please direct me to the thread that 
talks about stuck sketches if no one can help.
