After reading some of your replies and posts, I 
decided to go down to my local frame store, 
Aaron's Brothers.  I asked the store clerk how 
much it would cost to custom frame a particular 
cel with the matte and stuff, and he said around 
$50-$80.  I thought that it was too expensive, so 
he suggested that I just buy the stuff from their 
store separately.  He helped me pick out some 
frames and stuff, and everything only cost $25 for 
one cel.  I went home and put the cel in the frame 
carefully and this is what it looks like.  I think 
it looks really good.  What about you??
