Hello,
     I found a site that has a few cel that i 
would like to buy but the problem is the do not 
deal outside of japan.  so i need some one in 
japan to buy the cels for me and i can pay them. 
(price of cel  shipping to them  shipping to me  
charge for service) Anyone kow of some one who 
does this? please help
