Hi folks.

I was recently offered a ~*~dream~*~ cel.  
However, I found out that is something unusual 
about it - it has a jagged edge running down the 
left side of the cel.  I have never seen a 
cel "cut" this way before.  Is this unusual?  The 
cel is over-sized. (if that even makes a 
difference)

Has anyone ever had or have seen a cel "cut" this 
way before?  Is there a reason why it would be 
cut this way?  

Hopefully the example below will upload.

Any help/comments/thoughts would be greatly 
appreciated.
