Whenever I recieve a cel here valued over 200$, 
Customs comes knocking on my door asking me to 
pay tax/douane on me cels before I can pick them 
up. (Luckily it's only 6% of their value because 
it is "art", and not the normal 19% luxury tax 
^^;) They're very strict on this, and of course I 
pay.. but I definatly don't remember ever having 
to do this when I was in the states. What's the 
normal protocol for importing such things from 
Japan?
