I just got my cels from Anime Chaos... and for 
some reason a flat, hard, priority box that 
says "do not bend" was bent in half! *fumes*  
And, of course, my two new cels have creases in 
them.  They aren't really that noticable... but 
it's the fact that they're there that makes me 
want to get my rifle and head down to the post 
office -_-*

The package was insured... so here's my question:
Should I make the post office pay me for the 
damage?  How do I do that?  Do I have to send in 
the cels?  I want to keep them... but I would 
like to have the post office pay for their 
stupidity...

Oh, and a note to cel dealers, or rather anyone 
who sends cels in the mail:  Write, in huge 
letter on both sides of the package "Artwork 
enclosed." along with several "do not bend"s.  
Maybe that will help?  Who knows...
