Hi,
That cel is from Anime World Star. Back when 
Master was selling cels I saw it and really 
wanted it b/c I loved the commercial. So, I 
offered to pay him a little extra if he would 
order it for me. [and after I couldn't get any of 
the Megami Tensei cels AWS had I was determined 
to get that one] Thanks soooo much for the ID! 
I've wanted to know what that was from for a long 
time. Now I can buy the anime and watch it. ^_^
