Most of the cels Sato is selling on American Yahoo 
auctions were originally bought off of Yahoo 
Japan auctions...I guess they were all cels that 
people asked him to bid on - and then they didn't 
follow through on payment? Makes sense- thats how 
he recoupes from the monetary losses...I suppose 
it should serve as a warning to those that use the 
Deputy service - if you don't pay, he'll sell your 
cels to someone else.
